Nick Mould has a wealth of experience implementing
management systems in companies in the U.K.,
Spain and the Czech Republic. He has installed
environmental systems to ISO 14001 and provided
energy, waste and re-cycling programmes to improve
efficiency and reduce costs.
Experience
Nick started his career in 1974 as a metallurgist with British Steel
before joining ITS as an inspection engineer. In 1988 he was appointed
Quality Manager at Shand Engineering and in 1992 he moved to Dura-line
Ltd, part of Emerson Electric, as the Quality, Health & Safety
and Environmental Manager. He then became the Management Systems Manager
for Unitex Ltd, an arm of Smiths Industries where the company achieved
ISO14001 certification.
Nick has a deep knowledge and understanding of management systems and the strategies that can be used to continually improve the performance of a company. This has been accumulated over fourteen years at management level within a company that increased its turnover from £2 to £30 million and its workforce by 400%. Nick has worked in conjunction with customers, suppliers and colleagues to improve company efficiency and provide customers with a first-class service. He is an excellent communicator, who has extensive experience of interacting in an organisation through shop floor to corporate level, from local companies to large international corporations. Nick’s approach is to provide a user-friendly service that is easily understood by all levels within a company.
