BS EN ISO 9001:2000 INTERNAL AUDITOR TRAINING

The Business Development Group North are pleased to announce the most recent in our series of Quality Assurance Training Courses at our Training Facility at Sovereign House Scunthorpe, designed to provide companies either seeking BS EN ISO 9001:2000 formerly ISO 9000: 1994 Series registration or those organisations already registered to this prestigious international standard, with trained staff for internal auditing duties.

As the course provides a comprehensive overview of BS EN ISO 9001: 2000, it can also provide Managers with a basic knowledge of the requirements of effective implementation, as well as assisting existing Auditors in the process of transition to the revised standard.

The Course is of one day duration and is facilitated by our Senior Consultant in Quality Assurance Services, Mr John Quest. John has many years of Quality Assurance experience at management level within commerce and industry and in recent years, in his role as Management Consultant, he has successfully assisted many companies in the achievement of ISO 9000 and associated standards. John is also a BS EN ISO 9001: 2000 assessor for one of the leading UKAS accredited assessing bodies.

 The course consists of two sessions (morning and afternoon) the first of which provides delegates with an overview of the standard and includes much additional advice, based upon experience as gained by John Quest regarding the interpretation of the standard by Assessors. The afternoon session is taken up with tuition in auditing techniques, including audit planning, checklists, start-up meetings, execution, close-down meetings, corrective action reporting and follow-ups.

All courses commence at 9.00am for a 9.15am start with a 45 minute break for a buffet lunch (provided) and are scheduled to end approximately 4.30pm. Call 01724 279499 or click below for costs, courses can be attended individually or can be arranged at your premises.
